What to do if you subscribed, but don’t have login information

Follow these steps in to recover your subscription and create an account:

1. Open the app

2. Press the green button 'Get started'

3. If on an iPhone, choose the option 'I'm a parent'

4. Press 'Try for free'

5. Press the button 'Restore subscription'

6. Put your year of birth

7. Sign in with your iTunes email

- Open Hopscotch

- Go to your profile (tap "Me")

- Go to the settings menu (tap the gear shift icon)

- Tap "About"

- Take a screenshot, and email it to me.
